I've lost 5% of my bodyweight

I've gone from 89.5Kgs to85.1Kgs snce starting the PCP.

This morning first time to get up early and do jumprope.

Nuff said.

Got to run to work.

  3. Actually it's 4.4Kgs!!

    And it does fel good - feels like it's sustainable.

    Doing the skipping thing first thing is a definite improvement (beats doing it at midnight in my suit) but I'm rushed for time. I have to be in work at 7.15am at the latest. So I only did 600 or 700 this morning. Got to do more later

    I wish I could say the same. Lost about 1kg so far and have not changed much in past week. I think I might even be gaining weight...
