Day 2, it's still not poo

So finding the only eating half normal food thing easy - probably because I used to eat loads!

Worked late again, got home and did the workout at 10.30 in my underpants.

Skipping gets ya doesn't it?

  1. Underpants work out - Very Homer`esque.... Skipping get's better, i find having the right rope lenght is crucial, i measure mine by standing in the middle with both feet and have the ends reach the lower to mid part of my chest..
